Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Health & Wellness Pod Show (“Event”), organized by Emirates Podcast, a company based in the United Arab Emirates (“Emirates Podcast,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By attending or engaging with our event, platform, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

1.1. The Health & Wellness Pod Show is a curated networking experience combining live podcast recordings, wellness conversations, expert sessions, and community engagement for health professionals, wellness entrepreneurs, and lifestyle advocates.

1.2. The Event is held monthly in the UAE and may include physical gatherings, online sessions, interviews, workshops, and wellness activations. Access may be provided through ticket purchases, invitations, or sponsorship arrangements.

1.3. We are not a medical service provider, treatment facilitator, or advisory platform. We do not offer clinical guidance or medical diagnosis. All participants are responsible for their own health and wellness decisions.

1.4. We do not endorse, validate, or guarantee any health claims or product representations made by participants. Attendees are advised to exercise personal judgment and consult certified professionals as needed.

2. Participation & Community Access

2.1. Access may be granted via applications, partnerships, or curated invitations. Participation may be free or ticketed depending on the event structure.

2.2. Emirates Podcast reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any event or platform feature at its sole discretion.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1. Event tickets and services must be prepaid. Prices are disclosed before registration. Refunds are subject to these conditions:

3.1.1. A written refund request submitted via email at least 48 hours before the event. Administrative fees may apply.

3.1.2. Dissatisfaction claims submitted within 24 hours of the event with a clear explanation. Partial or full refunds may be issued after review.

3.2. Refunds will not be issued for:

• No-shows without notice
  
  
• Late cancellations
  
  
• Invalid dissatisfaction claims
  
  
• Failure to use services within 90 days
  
  
• Other cases at our discretion
  
  

3.3. If the event is cancelled or postponed by Emirates Podcast, full refunds will be issued upon request.

3.4. In cases of force majeure (e.g., health mandates, venue issues), refunds are not guaranteed.

4. User Responsibility & Liability

4.1. Emirates Podcast provides a community platform and does not act as a healthcare provider or product certifier.

4.2. All attendees are responsible for their decisions and interactions during the event.

4.3. We are not liable for:

• Health-related outcomes from shared practices or advice
  
  
• Misrepresentations by vendors or guests
  
  
• Off-platform engagements
  
  

4.4. All participants are expected to act respectfully and maintain ethical conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, branding, media, and assets from the event are property of Emirates Podcast.

5.2. Reuse or distribution without consent is strictly prohibited.

5.3. User-generated content (photos, quotes, interviews) may be used in promotional materials with credit where applicable.

6. Media, Privacy & Data

6.1. Events may be photographed or filmed. If you prefer not to appear in media, notify us in writing before the event.

6.2. We follow data security best practices to protect your personal information.

6.3. However, we are not liable for breaches or external attacks despite precautions.

6.4. By participating, you consent to Emirates Podcast collecting, storing, and sharing your information for community, event, and marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

 7.1. All services are provided “as-is.”

7.2. We do not guarantee health improvements, business outcomes, or networking success.

7.3. Emirates Podcast is not responsible for:

• Emotional or physical impact from event content
  
  
• Participant behavior
  
  
• Third-party offerings
  
  

7.4. You agree to indemnify Emirates Podcast against disputes arising from your involvement.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Terms may be updated anytime. Please review periodically.

8.2. Continued participation implies agreement to revised terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms are governed by UAE laws.

9.2. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
